I'm thinking of reason why people don't continue the work they are doing.

What do you think? They are not seeing the result that they wanted or things don't go away they expected.

A lot of factors. In my case i didn't continue because of the unproductive environment not worth to spend time with so i diverted my attention to a much better work.
