I think she does not eat chicken from when the bird flu came about.
The bird flu has scared alot of people off chicken, it has not hit near Australia yet so we are more tolerable of it.

For sure is fish. I am having fish about four times a week. prawn and other sea food seldom, may be once a week. It is good to eat fish and there are some research saying that eating fish will make one smarter. Somebody saying Japanese are smart because they eat fish very often but this still don't have any prove. Fish also tast good and it is the safest meet in this world. I never heard that there are any desease related to fish.

While fish is probably better for you than chicken, I like chicken better. I should probably eat more fish.

both are white meat and good flavors may depend on how we cook it on . . . i love fish fillet steamed with soy sauce , or dip in batter and fried and serve with mashed potato and ranch dip then for chicken crispy fried recipe or roasted or barbeque serve with white rice and mix vegetable of corn kernel , carrots , snap peas and mushroom.
