Recently, I faced so many stresses from all aspect of my life. From home, I have to please my parents, and do what is right. Sometimes, I simply even just want to shut myself off within my room, and isolated from outside. At work, personal relationship just not my field of expertise. But without it, you just do the same as isolate yourself from the big crowd. No matter how much you don't like socializing, you still have to keep smile on people you don't like. At personal relationship, I mean love life, I must have to make million dollars. Maybe I believe so much in love, and expect other people would do the same. Actually, I wasn't realistic enough. Maybe people money also play an absolute important part of our lives too. With all and all of it, I just don't want to know anything else. I just want to do my work, keep myself distance from people I don't like and be lonely. What a stressful life isn't it?

Hi friend, stress is a feeling that is created when we react to a particular situation. It can be a sudden stimulus or response of our body to a critical or emergency situation or it can be long-term events. We could easily cope up with the sudden stress but for the long term stressful life could lead to health problems. I think we could live a life with a minimal stress. It's up to us how we can handle or manage stress. Being unhappy or depressed is also a stress. I just hope and pray that you would find happiness in your life. the simplest things that you do. Try to focus and be contented with the simplest things that you do like your work or discover some things that you could find fulfilling.

People sure are strange. They can be so self centered. I was usually depressed and stressed out when i worked. When lazy people expect you to do their work too, or they are so busy gossiping. I know what you mean, but we do need to step back and do for our self or it could lead to major health problems.
