Who is a strong person?

a strong person can be a person of physcial strength. it can also mean a person who has gone through alot of heartache, pain, loneliness, in her or his life. the person can come out stronger in his personality from going through so much. they can perhaps help someone else who is going through those same problems. the person who has gone through or has it is the one who understands better what it feels like to be in those person's shoes. when i am weak then i become strong. it can also turn into bitterness instead of strength when we are unable to cope with what has happened.strength turns into weakness.
