Hi lemanhdungcdnl!
It's all of what you said and a lot more for me to be here on myLot, especially when I'm here on a partime basis because I have my fulltime job. It's here that I learn, I share and grow.
Being here gets me connected to the other side of the globe and more. Opinions may differ as much as there are similarities but it all adds up to the fun. It's obviously interesting. And being paid for all these is truly worthwhile.
I enjoy my stay here in myLot. You will!

It gives us something to do in our free/spare time and also on the plus side we get abit of money for it... other than going on other sites like social networks that alot of us use alot of our time on and get no money for.

At first, I joined this site because I wanted to make a little extra money... but as you will see if you read my entire post... I tend to get detailed in my answers. Now it is more of the fun of providing knowledge and answers for new users and questions which interest me. You will begin to find that people who have more than 5-10 posts here, really do put thought into their responses. Though they may still just be here for the money, they really do enjoy what they do. (or they can type really fast and ramble on about nothing)... which.. I can't deny I do from time to time. But my answers do keep readers interested. I love to type so I just type and the ideas need to keep up with me. So if they don't, they turn out into sentences like these lol. But back to the question. Yes, I am here for a little money. But 10 cents a day isn't what keeps me here. It's the responses I receive from my questions, and the ability to see what others think and how they relate to what I am thinking. It just excites me to see one response lead to another, to another, and so on.

Well, at this moment I'm here for the money. I'm not at the stage yet where I can just have fun and relax cause I'm new to this site and really don't know what the heck I'm doing. By the way, can you make money just by posting comments? Cause I posted 2 yesterday but I haven't been paid. So when do I get paid and how much?

A very warm welcome to you on myLot. Most enter the site with the intent that they ae going to rack up loads of money and it is not that way as they soon find out sooner or later.
It is a wonderful forum where as you make a lot of great friends, help one another with questions and advice. We all learn and share here about the different cultures and ways.
Please be cautious with posting any referral links into any posts as this goes against the myLot guidelines. It is most advice-able to view the guidelines and revisit them from time to time as it gives you a better understanding of what the site expects from each member. I have seen far too many discussions and efforts wasted as members believe that if they post just about anything they will earn. Soon after members realize that it does not work this way and end up leaving.
I wish you a very sucessful membership here on myLot so go ahead and have fun!

My first intention in here was to get money; however, I'm learning that the discussions are pretty interesting in here. Money is pretty tight, so why not get paid for something I like to do? It's only 10 bucks a month (well, my goal for each month is to cash out 10 bucks), but I can pass a lot of free time on this site. I hope I can buy a piano with the money I earn, eventually.

I figure the newbies that come to mylot are here for the money but they quickly learn you won't get rich here. Other I believe come to post their links to other money making sites and try to build their down lines with referrals. Then we have the season veterans of Mylot who I believe like to come here to pass time answering discussions of interest to them. It's a pretty mixed crowd here. Personally I come to kill time when I'm bored just sitting at home watching tv. Plus the money doesn't hurt for something you like to do anyways. I always like to see the really weird and unique questions people don't ask and that is another reason I come.
