to all mylotter teachers: share your experience in your teaching career. tnx!
how would you know if your students are only pretending that they are interested on what you teach?
is giving bonus questions helpful (as motivation) to students?

You'll see interest in a students face. Also, if they're very talkative, they're usually not interested in the lesson. When students are interested, they want to talk about the lesson and have questions. Giving bonus questions isn't helpful, but if I notice I'm losing them I try to get them more invovled and ask opinions.
