Is there way that I can have a US bank account while im here in the Philippines?

I have a MTURK account for the past few years and I only got their payments via Gift Certificate due that I'm not on US since they only send money if you have a US bank account. My Question is... Is there anyway that I can have a US bank account while I'm here in the Philippines and I can send it here to my Local Bank Account or Paypal? hope you can help me!
