How will you know if the Calamansi (or Lemon) Juice is Sweet .....?

Anyone out there has an idea as to how you will know if a calamansi (or lemons) juice you prepare for your guests is sweet even without having to taste it? Yes, just by merely looking at it, one can already find out if it is already sweet. May I hear your ideas?

Well the only ways i think there are is by tasting it, by tasting it you will be able to tell the difference and by looking at it as well... by looking at it you will be able to see the changes and tell the difference...
