Which is the best photo editing software ?, fee to use, for Windows XP ? Suggest me one that can add or remove moustache from a person's photo.

Well, I have not been editing photo's that much. But what I have heard from lots of people is that the best software for editing photo's is "Adobe Photoshop". If you want just try it and do share your opinion with me.

I have tried Adobe Photoshop but it is not efficient in doing this job.
