Do you like playing Mafia Wars on Facebook ?

I used to play it everyday whenever my energy pack is full. But now, I've found more highly-graphic games and I left all my Facebook games. But still, many people are still playing Mafia Wars until today.
what about you ??

then, you're lucky. you shouldn't play those games. it is really a waste of time and I regret I'd played Facebook Games. in the end, you'll absolutely get bored. I regret the time when I play Mafia Wars and I could use that time to study programming or starting to earn online.

I liked playing it when it first started out but it has gotten to the point where to be on top or to keep up you have to start paying some money so it kind of lost it's appeal. because people can buy their way to the top instead of working for it by playing it every day. but there will always be people playing these games no longer how old it is i.e. silentmurder is a ninja game similar to mafia wars it came out before that and I joined that website a few years ago when they had over 1,000 active members but now they have maybe only 50 active members now. I now just stick to mmos that I don't really have to wait minutes before i can do something else.

what MMOs are you playing ?
Yeah, games like that always asking for money to continue. That's why I left Mafia Wars. Not only they're boring, but also they make me do the same thing, finish the same quest and on and on.

I used to see all my friends playing the game, it really annoyed me seeing my Facebook profile littered with entries about playing it etc. I installed the game to give it a try but I can't take to the boring text style games, nothing wrong with that but on Facebook they appear to be the same just different styles and missions/goals. It becomes insanely boring and time consuming, so I deleted it.
Personally I prefer games like "Hotel City" but even they tend to become repetitive.

I also felt the same way. I find it cool first since you can do something like "PVP" and new equipments making you stronger. But as time goes by I find it boring and like a loop that has repetition. I usually love to play level-up games but the graphics and effects in Mafia Wars didn't have the same level as other online games have so I quit on playing. I think there are still many people who play that game.
