The last vacation I took.. was in April (end of April) of this year, 2010. I went to Sweden (I live in the US) and also got a short chance to see Paris and Denmark as well. My sister was studying over there with school and so I stayed with her in her apartment. In my mind for some reason it wasn't really a "vacation" (well, it totally was) because I didn't go to somewhere hot and tropical like Jamaica, Florida, California, the Bahamas, Hawaii, etc, but it was still REALLY amazing and REALLY fun nonetheless. I went for ~2 weeks.

My last vacation was spent in Hongkong. That was on the first week of July this year. It was only 5 days, but it was fun. It's a nice place to go to when going shopping! The weather was a bit hot because it was summer that time, but I didn't mind. My friends and I had a blast!

I went to Kuala Lumpur and Siem Reap 4 months ago. We only had 6 days to tour the place. It was quite short but worth it. I enjoyed every minute of it.

I took my disabled toddler son and baby daughter on a flight from London, England to Vancouver, Canada. We stayed for almost three weeks in British Colombia. We spent some time in Vancouver then went across the water from Horse Shoe Bay to Vancouver Island. We especially liked it in Naniamo and then we went across to visit some relatives on a rural island. Then we went to Victoria for Amber, my daughter to have her birthday. She became one year old. We caught a train further up Vancouver Island then took a ferry across to Powell River. It was interesting to be there for Canada Day. Next we went back to lovely Vancouver. I had my birthday in Vancouver. Then we met up with another of our Canadian relatives. Our trip was from mid June to early July 2010. I am trying to decide where we will travel to in 2011.

This summer I had long holiday in China, so I could not afford another one in the UK financially speaking. However I was desperate for a break to cheer me up. Inspired by one of my friends I decided to visit Portsmouth Historic Dockyard.
it is a great place to experience 800 years of British naval history. The visits to these attraction have been divided into six areas: HMS Victory, HMS Warrior 1860, Mary Rose Museum, Royal Naval Museum, Harbour Tour and Action Stations. You can pay for the attractions separately. You can also purchase an all inclusive ticket that allows you to visit all. Currently it is £19.50 for an adult and £16.50 for a senior citizen and children. One thing to bear in mind is all inclusive ticket only allows you to have unlimited admission to HMS Warrior 1860, Action Stations, Dockyard Apprentice and Royal Naval Museum.

My last trip was recent where my husband and I went down to Africa for a month and spent a while visiting a few countries, doing some adventurous activities and even Safaris. I can't wait to go back and explore more countries, maybe go to the West Coast Africa this time around.

I took my 2 kids to NY for 3 days this past weekend. We flew up friday night and left Monday night. Kids are teenagers and spent most of their time in NYC with their cousins. I stayed mainly in Queens and Long Island with my brother and his wife. Good times.
