Hi vjsinduja!
To answer your questions:
1.Posts per Day is calculated by = Your No. of Posts today / Your Total No. of Posts
2.Cash Earned is your Actual Cash Earned. You can eventually use it to cashout. (For a Non-Premium member, $15 is needed to cashout $10. That being said, $5 is the fee. For Premium Member, I think there's no fee and no limit for your cashing out.)
3. Only a Premium member can submit a blog, use an avatar and have a signature.

lalay1976,
There's a cashout fee for premium members unless you cash out $100. However, yes, there's no limit to the amount you can withdraw if you're a premium member.

If you logged in and kept on being looped back to the box, it means that there are messages Techdoctordeals wants you to read. Until it takes you through all the messages it wants you to read, it'll keep on going back to the box.
You probably got that many because you're a new member so there was catching up to do in regards to updates. If you were to log on to tomorrow, I suspect the loop won't be as repetitive as there wouldn't be that many new messages/developments to update you on.
In regards to starting threads, I don't know what the position on that is (who can and who can't start them). I've hardly ever started one as there are a lot of posts to reply to.

I looked into that site, too, but got intimidated. It looks like mainly a techie site, and I'm not very tech knowledgeable.

Ladyobsidian,
Far from it. There are general topics too, lots of them.

vjsinduja,
'Posts per day' is the average number of posts you've made per day. This is calculated by looking at the number of posts you make everyday, divided by how long you've been a member.
'Cash earned' is how much you've made so far.
I don't know what the position is on blog posting; you might need to search through Techdoctordeals for that.

I don't understand what you mean by each number. Each number of what?

Your post per day is averaging only 1.22. This is not even stable because every now and then the points decrease/increase depending if the thread you have answered were locked.
I believe you are just starting there that is why the percentage is low. Anyway, just keep posted and tell us what will happen next. You need to observe the site very well before you decide to put on your money for Premium membership which will cost you $10 monthly.

Are you guys still able to cash out from this site? I thought I would ask for my first pay out today, but that option seems to be gone??

What do you mean gone? Are you a regular member or upgraded into Premium membership? regular members can ask only once a week with the maximum amount of $10. You can go check that on Cash Withdrawal button.

If your earning is 9, you get 9$. However, this site becomes very confusing now. Many new rules are being applied. I just wait and see now. This site is new and need some improvements. You need read some of them in the announcements threads.

I tried to register in the site but every time I hit register it sends me this message
"Registration denied, this forum runs an active policy of not allowing spammers. Please contact us via the "Contact Us" page link if you believe this is in error."
I followed what the message says and contact them. Hopefully the webmaster will pm me back.

I am just new to techdoctordeals and just like you I have a lot of questions especially about the withdrawals. I'm still waiting for my first pay out after I requested it 3 days ago.
