Is Oxbux turning into a scam?

Hello Guys , i just browse the site and i think time will come that Oxbux will turn to scam since in their site , there are notice that their 3 accounts is alert pay are being hacked. Are they gonna pay for those people who are on to Oxbux with Above their minimum cash outs...?

Yes I think so, and now the site cannot be open. I have never trusted in this site thus haven't even joined it.

I don't know if that makes Oxbux a scam unless theya re just saying that so they won't have to pay people. I just signed up so I won't really loose anything. They did say they are selling there site for 400 dollars so that probably means no one is getting paid for sometime.
