I use parsley when cooking. It is one of the world’s most popular herbs to cook with. Why? It is simple: because of its health benefits. It is a good source for iron, vitamins and folic acid. Parsley can help improve our health.

Yes I use parsley usually to decorate the food and make it look more
appealing example I sometimes sprinkle alittle bit of parsley on mashed
potatoes to give them more of a festive look. I had no idea it was good
for you though thats just a plus.
I will be using it way more now that I know that.

hi lucia2 I love the flavor of parsley and we have u sed it a lot in salads and soups and even in sandwiches. its especially good for pregnant moms as it has folic acid which pregnant ladies neet to prevent'
birth defects like spinabifida which is an opening on the spinal cord. a bad birth defect. As you said its a good source for vitamins and iron also. but folic acid is really needed by pregnant women to prevent
birth defects,

I rarely cook at home, but I like parsley, and I also believe in the herbal health value of parsley. I also like the taste of it. Vitamins and folic acid ? That I didn't know. Thank you for the information. Yes, it can be very helpful to improve health then.

I use a lot of parsley. So much that I decided to grow a bunch in my vegetable garden. Besides the usual uses, I make parsley dumplings and fritters, make an eggplant and parsley chutney and love a parsley omelette.
As I have it in my garden, it helps me lower costs of food a lot.

I usually use parsley with chicken. I think that over chicken with some cajun seasoning with it, tastes great. I knew that parsley was good for you, but I didn't know that it did all of those benefits. Maybe I will use parsley for other things as well.
