Hi Friends,
This is an interesting question, which relates to our daily routine work.
When do you brush your teeth?
During bathing or in the early morning when you wakeup?
I have the habit of brushing my teeth in the early morning. Brushing my teeth will be my second routine work after pissing. I cannot do any work without brushing my teeth (except the piss).
What is in your case?
You have the habit of brushing in the early morning or during taking a bath?

Dear arunmails,
I brush my teeth twice a day, morning and night.
I don't like my mouth smells bad.
Have a nice day!

I have to brush my teeth shortly after I wake up in the morning because my mouth feels dirty when I first wake up in the morning. Then, before I go to bed in the evening I have to brush my teeth again because of the fact that my mouth again feels very dirty. I don't really take the time out of the day to brush my teeth in the middle of the day because it seems like it would be a waste of time for me in my busy day.

Although it is said it's better to brush your teeth in the morning before having breakfast as our teeth become a bit delicate after eating something, I tend to brush mine just after breakfast, then I wash my face to wake myself up so I can be all refreshed and ready to go to work.
I will brush my teeth again just before I go to bed, using floss as well, as it is recommended by my dentist. Although some people say you are supposed to brush your teeth soon after you have eaten something, my dentist is opposed to it. Brushing teeth twice a day should be enough. Too much brushing will just harm the surface of the teeth.

When I get up, the first thing I do is take a bath. Immediately right after my bath, I brush my teeth. Whenever I enter the bathroom to take a bath, I don't leave without brushing my teeth. I find it's easier that way, to do everything all at one go so I won't have to go in and out all the time.

I brush my teeth as soon as I get up in the morning. I am not just comfortable with the smell of my teeth after sleeping for couple of hours. Lol.
After lunch, i then again brush my teeth. I sometimes skip flossing due to my hectic schedule at work. But i always brush and floss.

I guess what works for you is the best choice. For my part, I gargle with water when I wake up in the morning. After breakfast and after meals I do the brushing. I do brush my tongue as well and the roof of my mouth as well. I use dental floss too especially when I ate a meat dish since they tend to stuck in between my teeth.

I'm the only one I think who brush my teeth only during bathing. haha . Well when I get up from bed I always take a bath since I have work to go to. But after that I don't brush my teeth. Don't like to brush it when going to sleep. I did it once when I wake up my lips was so dry.

I brush my teeth at night before going to bed. It's the last thing I do each night. I floss, then brush, then rinse with a mouthwash. I don't like to brush my teeth first thing in the morning because I don't like to brush my teeth before I eat!

arunmails I brush before going to bed and after every meal as that
is what my dentist told me to do.Brushing before meals does not help
much as it is food particles you want to dislodge and wash out of your teeth and gums. I shampoo my hair during a bath but not my teeth.

New research has come to light showing how brushing our teeth can us decrease the risk of gaining heart disease by up to eighty percent. No joke. Bacteria on our teeth is linked to the bacteria that cause heart disease. We can reduce this risk by simply brushing our teeth regularly.
