What the hell is going on in this PTC world

Well I am very upset with the way these PTC sites are behaving.Of late I came to know that dynobux has been sent to the scam list in ptc-investigation.I was very shocked to hear that because I was regular clicker there.Their forums are full complaints for payment.The most disgusting part is the admin is not is not answering a single of them.Moreover buxix is also behaving in a similar fashion.However it is on ongoing list but will be soon shifted to scam list if the admin doesn't solve or answer to any complains in their forum. I don't know what the hell is going on with sites.Who is giving them license to play with our time and emotions.They must be punished because the owners are every now and then opening a new site and when they are making enough from their site just running away. Anyways share me your precious comments.
