What herbal remedies are there for PCOS? I am being tested for low estrogen. What is good for that. My hormones are all out of whack. Please help me.
My symptoms are
low/no energy
facial hair
acne
trouble losing weight
hot flashes/flushes
sweating
I have others, but some are too embarrassing to list.

i have pcos myself as well. i have discoverd it when the medical exam in college were so strict that abnormal delay of menstruation is a big deal since im in a catholic school as well.
so then i underwent ultrasound and found out that i had this condition. i was then prescribed with PRIMOLUT N for 5 days to induced mentruation since im already 2 1/2 months delayed. as i got my period i was adviced to see my gyne again.i was 18 then so she did not adviced me for a pill yet. she said its nothing to worry bout because nothing really is bothersome bout this except the difficulty to conceive. 3 years after graduating from college i went back to a gyne again but with different doctor to reevaluate my case coz im starting to feel occasional pain on left lower quadrant of my abdomen. i was scared that maybe the cyst had turned big to be a tumor.but fortunately its the same simple case...yet, the doctor had decided to start me with mini-pill (dianne or althea is what she prescribed) to normalize my hormone..and i got a regular periods already.and when i went to uae to work, i took another gyne's opinion again. that time i underwent blood exams to also recheck hormone levels and other contributing factor. and the same diagnosis was made. was told also to just continue with the pill that i am having and get gyne check up regularly.
in addtion to, as what i have learn from school( im in nursing schooL before) those hairs that erupt is because you have more androgenic hormone which is also known as masculinizing hormone.furthermore acne occurs as a result of the elevated production of dihydrotestosterone, a metobalite of testosterone, promotes oil production, which can lead to your pores getting clogged.difficulty of losing weight may link to the idea that you are insulin resistant. according to the article of insulite laboratories,When you are Insulin Resistant, xcessive amounts of free-floating glucose are not absorbed by your cells and this excess glucose remains in your blood stream, until it is sent to your liver and converted to excess body fat. please see a a doctor to give you a more precised treatment.
