Honey, First off he dumped you so why should you hold on? If he broke up with you then he wants his freedom. But it sounds to me like he wants you as back up. That's not fair to you. He can't have his cake and eat it too. Idk why he broke up with you and I know you love him. I was with a guy who did that to me for 2 years. Off and on all the time so he could have his freedom but he didn't want me to be with anyone else either. Finally I said enough was enough. I loved this guy so much but he was using me. My opinion is don't hold on. You deserve better than to be someones second in life. There is someone out there that will make you number one.

if he really loves you he wont dumped you like as if you dont have feelngs and cant be hurt. giving you an assurance the he will come back is unreasonable. stop crying and move on.
