Hi syoti!
I just joined the site last week. There are some MyLotters who are also members of Tech Doctors. It works more or less how MyLot works. You reply to or start a thread and you'll earn from it. My upline's advise was to make your post at least 250 characters in order for you to successfully earn from your post. Plus of course, your post has to make sense.
A non-Premium member is only allowed to cashout $10 per week. You will need $15 in your account in order to request for the $10, meaning there is a fee of $5. Premium members have more privileges since they are paying $10 (+ PayPal fee) per month for it. They can withdraw with no limit.

Yes $5.00 is quite huge. Way much more than what BPI charges me for my withdrawals from PayPal. :)
I am not a Premium member yet but I plan to be. I just want to cashout first as a non-Premium member for the first month. If I'll be able to participate in the forum a lot and I might like it there, I will upgrade sooner I think. Right now, I am just trying to get the hang of it in TDD. There seems to be a lot of changes lately.

Hi, I just join this site yesterday, another fellow mylotter refer me this site. I think this is legit, it has been in the business for years. You will earn by posting questions and responding in questions just like here in mylot. Before you can start posting you need to reply to questions 15 times, or you need to earn 15 post. The post has a minimum of 250 characters. They pay their members weekly if I am not mistaken.
