I think it is Java. you can see in your cell feature if it provided that application. does your cell can play video or does it have a media player like recording some videos?
and if it doesn't maybe you should seek some cell which provided with that media

If you are using a phone that supports web browsing like blackberry and iphone or N96. You can browse youtube there. Just type in youtube.com on the address bar and you are good to go.

I have a smartphone, that has a youtube app on the phone, so I can watch them that way, and I can also just type the address on my browser and do it that way too. It does make it easier though to have the app already on the phone. I think most phones should have the youtube app on them. Now my phone doesn't have adboe on it, but when the systme gets the Android 2.2 update, it then will have full flash, which means I will be able to watch videos through the browser and also play web games within the browser as well. But until that happens, I use it normally, and iut is a very nice phone, and had a fast processor and a bright screen which can be seen in direct sunlight. Not many phones can do that, so I like that part about ti as well. My phone is the Samsung Fascinate, which is one 4 in the Galaxy S series. Take care, and have a very good day.
