On the news today, Australia police successfully served a court order via Facebook to an alleged cyber bully who is accused of using facebook to harass or threaten other person.
The decision to serve the court order via facebook was made after the police fail to serve the order in person, telephone or via post.
Police have transcribed all the court documents and send it to the suspect’s facebook inbox, who responded positively stating that he will immediately delete his facebook account. Wow! What a high tech warrant.

LOL what the... I don't think that would hold up in court. That's not a "proper" way of serving someone?! :)
