Her boyfriend: A BIG FAT LIAR. now's she's suffering.

My friend long for a good boyfriend to share her love for a long period of time. Fortunately, she found one. He has full of promises to her.He is single, hardworking and loving. He even discusses their plans for the future. At the later time, she got pregnant. The boy confesses that he has a wife but separated. But it was a lie. A big lie. The wife sent her a message not to run after her husband. My poor friend is speechless and hopeless. They're legally married. She was fooled and she wanted the boy to be put to prison. Can she possible do that? Does she have the right to file a case against him?
I'm so worried about her. She has suffered a lot.
Please, give some piece of advise, Mylotters.

No she cant put him into prison.. Last time I checked breaking hearts ( mentaly) isnt a crime.. All she can get is aliments for the kid.. And btw i get the anger in the momen but did she come up with the idea to put him into prison while being clear minded? Do you understand what prison means?! Now that is called unchangable ruined life when you get locked in... And that just because she got dumped?! i know this is a social era where 90 % of people see realationship as the ultimate goal but come on.. for somethhing like that.. Dont you think its a bit cruel?!

I forgot to mention. They have a baby. The boy doesn't support the baby. She wanted him to be prison because he lied to her. And he abandoned them.

I think some one got off on the wrong foot here? the guy LIED to her and didn't support the baby. that's the probably cause i think for her to sue this man, i think "in my country" where this topic starter lives too has this laws against Infidelity and child support.
Personally, I want that GUY BURNED with guilt . i think there are more guys who does this being two timer thing. and then dump the girl once they are pregnant.
of course, it's the best idea to demand child support from the father. a compulsory child financial assistance from the father. @LetranKnight25 (33117)

hello tess,
no matter what happened, this person cheated on her. but i believed it was her fault too for trusting the guy with his heart and body. i think she can asked for legal assistance from the father of the baby. or else sue him in the court, give this man a HELL of a trial before he completely threw you're friend off. make it public so that he won't try to hide or lie in the public! at the same time, think about the plans she has for the baby

tess he is legally married to another woman and to your friend too?
I am confused as if he was already married even separated he cannot marry another woman as thats illegal,its called bigamy. now she is pregnant with his baby he has to pay her child support and he can be jailed if the does not but she has to go to court to sue so she can get him served with child suppor papers.Yes she has to go to court and file against him and if he also married her he cannot have t wo wives so he is going to prison if that is true.

Your plight is the same with my friend. Poor little one, she was trapped in a bondage of hoping an unhopeful promises. When in loved, no one can blur your focus on your love one.
