What would you do if you are working for 15 years and still in a lot of credit card debts?

The only thing you can do is to decide to do something about it NOW! And make a long term plan for how to pay it off. Obviously you might not be able to do it at once, but if you know that the debt will be gone in 2 or 3 years or something like that, then start working towards that now!
There are no shortcuts when it comes to debt, I am afraid...

this remind me of my past.
Well, what I did of course, is talk with the concern people and settle it through stipulation by paying an amount I can afford with my current status. They know that I'm a good payer and it shows with my records. It's just that our company then was affected by the recession and nothing to do but to stop the operation. So they knew that I didn't intend to be in debted that much. And so far, if they understand the situation and sees on you the interest to settle it, they will also be willing to arrange through agreement. And that's better rather to just wait to incurred much interest or problem.

It is one of the best thing to do, face it rather than hiding from it.
