What Happened to The Gospel Of Jesus Christ ....The lost Gospel !!!!

Lets see few verses from bible John 14.24 He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings:and the word which ye hear is not mine,but the Father's which sent me. John 5:30 I can of Myself do nothing. As I hear,I judge; and My judgment is righteous, because I do not seek My own will but the will of the Father who sent Me. Mark 1:14 Now after John was put in prison, Jesus came to Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God, So it is evident that Jesus was given a scripture which he preached to his people , it is also evident that , he never preached the present day bible gospel is called injeel in Arabic and this is is also mention in quran , Quran surah 5 verse 46 And in their footsteps We sent Jesus the son of Mary, confirming the Law that had come before him: We sent him the Gospel: therein was guidance and light, and confirmation of the Law that had come before him: a guidance and an admonition to those who fear Allah. My question to Christian friends here is that WHAT HAPPENED TO THE SCRIPTURE GIVEN TO JESUS why they do have the GOSPEL OF JESUS .instead WHY THEY ARE FOLLOWING A WRONG BOOK CALLED BIBLE

The word "Gospel" means "Good news." so when we talk about the Gospel of Jesus Christ, we talk about the good news that he brought to mankind. And that is simply this: "Jesus answered, I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." (John 14:6). When He said "no one comes to the father", He wasn't just referring to going to heaven when you die, He was talking about being righteous. Righteousness means being able to go before the Father without any feeling of condemnation or inferiority. As a true son is able to go before his father. The Bible elaborates this in John 1:12-13: "Yet to all who did receive Him [Jesus], to those who believed in His name, He [God] gave the right to become children of God - children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband’s will, but born of God." So the good news that Jesus brought was that if you believe in Him, you have the right to be a child of God. There is NO OTHER WAY to achieve this, no matter who tells you what. That is the only way to enjoy the full benefits of God's abundance. When you believe in Jesus Christ, then "The Spirit [of God] Himself beares witness with our [human] spirit, that we are the children of God: and if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ..." (Romans 8:16-17)
