These is the million dollar question in the modern world what is the easiest way to lose weight? We get to see a lot of ads daily about losing weight very fast. They claim they help us shed weight. We need to do it because if we don't then we may suffer from various disease like diabetes, high pressure, heart disease etc. So for every human being it is very necessary to be fit.
From my experience I can say that walking is one of the finest way to lose weight.
Can you name other easy ways, people can lose weight?

I even think about how to add my wight! lol.
Believe me, just drink two cups of greentea. Then your body will lose its weight forever. Your body will not be fat anymore. Drink it without sugar. Yes it is very bitter. But its is the simplest and cheapest way to lose weight. Get used to drink healthy greentea!

Two cups a day or more often? Does it matter what kind of green tea? Can it be one with a flavor? I have a nice Green tea with Goji Berry flavor.

Walking (in my opinion) is probably the most fun way to get exercise - that there is! Especially if you plan to bring a friend with or something to that extent - it becomes more of a social visit than it does an exercise. Walking is not the key to making me lose weight. I'm conditioned to walking, and being on my feet all day at work - so I think my body is used to it by now unfortunately. I need to hit the ellptical machine and start running if I want to lose any weight. SIGH! I do think it's a good way to get your body moving, though (walking) and is probably good for people who aren't used to exercising as much.

To loose weight is not easy but to be willing to stick on plan on particular activity helps a lot.
Be active, refrain from sitting and opt walking. And the most important control your consumption by drinking a lot of water before meal and don't stock instant snacks on your fridge because they are temptation. In between meals eat fruits. They are simple instruction but the factor that surrounds you is the culprit so if you can identify them and avoid them if you can then you may progress on your goal.

Don't eat so much, eat the right kind of food, and exercise a lot. That's how I lost a lot of weight.

I want to lose weight too.I think the best way to lose weight is taking some exercise.Don't go on a diet unless you are ready to keep reducing in the after years.My way is take some exercise before i go to bed.You can lie on your bed and do some sit-ups or some sports.I think it is useful if you keep on doing it everyday.Wish your success reducing weight!!!

I made small modifications to my diet, which included eating only a light sandwich, salad, or soup for lunch. In most cases, I began passing on the deserts as well. Yogurt and toast for breakfast, as long as my stomach didn't grow so tired of it that I could no longer eat it and keep it down. Lots of water. Walking a couple of miles a day helped a lot, and so did bellydancing.
But the biggest help?
Change in attitude.
When i noticed some bad things about my attitude towards life, I changed them. When I looked at myself in the mirror, I would invision myself 10 lbs lighter.
Within a few months, I'd dropped 50-70 lbs. It still fluctuates a bit due to my recent occupational changes and overall health, but it sure as hell beats the weight that I was even a year ago.

Yes,just as you said,walking is a good way to loose weight in daily life.In daily life,all of us like to drive a car or by bus.It is really bad to our health.Walking a distance every day and keep health every day.All of us should walk a distance every day,especially after meal.

I think to lose weight and keep it off, people need to change their lifestyle. They need to eat healthier and smaller pertions and cut out all the junk food and pop and they need to exercise. They don't need to waste money on joining a gym or buying expensive exercise equipment, they just need to get out for daily walks or bicycling rides. They need to be more active. Today's obesity problem is due to the crap we eat and lack of activity.
