Do you feel unhappy when winter comes? How can you make you happy?

In the UK it's getting colder and wetter. My mood is get worse and worse. I feel unhappy with my life. I want to change it. I want to give happiness to people around me.
How about you? Do you feel unhappy when winter comes? How can you make you happy?

Actually, winter is my favorite season so I'm happy it's coming. I don't like summer & the heatwaves it brings. Try to remember the good things around you instead of focusing on bad things. Try to remember what makes you happy instead of weather that brings you down.

Yes, yo are right. I realise I should have a positive attitude to life. However sometimes when the bad weather comes I can't control myself to be an emotional person.
My way to deal with the negative emotion is to work harder and harder. However when I feel tired the bad feeling is coming back again.
I'm trying to manage a holiday to Dominican Republic, but the desease made me hesitated.

You are right. I think I have a little depression but not serious. Now I try my best to go out when it's sunny. It's really helpful for me to cheer up.
I also try my best to think what I have in life and don't think what I don't have.
I should learn to cherish what I already have instead of pursuring something unpractical.

I live in Canada. Oh yes, the winter here is very very cold, very severe freezing cold I would say. It is fast approaching, and people have to get prepared for it. But, there are things people get to enjoy too. Skiing, for example, a favorite sport for the winter. I don't ski myself. But, I do once in a while go to skiing resorts and enjoy watching people skiing.

There is no winter season in our place.
I am glad that I live in a tropical country because I am the kind of persson who cant's resist the cold weather.
It is rainy season though here but it's alrigh with me.

Nope i feel good because here it's the heat we can't stand at all. I hate it a lot also. I love winter. It's a cool place and i can listen to classes peacefully but in summer in the blistering heat i doubt if anyone can concentrate in class itself man...

When I started the question I already thought some people would say they don't mind cold as they are from hot area. then I got your reply as the first person for my question.
I have visited the tropical area of China and understand what do you mean. However at least you have sunshine. Here you can't imagine the UK has no sunshine. Everyday it seems same: grey and wet.
Anyway I will try to be happier and make my life more meaningful.

In India winter is one of the best seasons.I like winter.The only thing is that days are short.But then,now-a-days,one has the net.

I'm always happiest in winter. I love the cold weather, the holidays, the longer nights. I don't like bright sunlight, long days and heat.
