"Col. Williams earns place among worst criminals." If you google that theme you will read about the horrific crimes of this decorated Canadian soldier. He apparently videotaped his raping and murders. It is very hard to believe that we have such sick people in our midst.
His punishment for such horrible crimes; 25 years and then he can be paroled. What kind of sick justice system does Canada have. Shame on you Canada!

He was given two (consecutive) life sentences. Life in Canada is 25 years (which bothers me, because a life is much longer than 25 years) and he has no chance of parole until his first sentence is over. This is actually the harshest sentence that can be given in Canada, believe it or not. Most inmates are eligible for parole after completing 25% of their sentence. The crimes he has committed are so horrible that there is very little chance he will get parole in 25 years, but it was actually the harshest sentence the judge could award, I believe. We treat criminals, even career criminals, so lightly in this country that it sometimes makes me sick.

That is disgusting. Most definitely something wrong there. Punishment serves no strong purpose in our country...execute if there is no regret, if there is regret, separate and rehabilitate.
that is my opinion anyways.

How I long for God's kingdom to come and bring real justice to the earth!
