Some poeple think that a sense of competition in children should be encouraged. Others believe that children who are taught to co-operate rather than conpete become more useful adults. What's your opinion?

competition is also need. that is healthy competition. if i am not mistaken that is under the developmental stage of school-ager. but cooperation is also important. it needs balance.

For me,I believe in healthy competition that stimulates interest and zeal to grow and prosper.Children need to learn the skill to cope with the growing competition in every sphere of their future life.Co-operation and competition are not mutually exclusive;both can co-exist in a mutually supportive framework. Children should learn to co-operate among themselves to build and mobilize team and group effort to achieve collective gain.Co-operative effort facilitates healthy competition among individual members.Thanks.
