Is the dependence on computer good or bad?

We are becoming increasingly dependent on computers. They are used in businesses, hospitals, crime detection and even to fly planes. What things will they be used for in future? Is this dependence on computers a good thing or should we be more suspicious of their benefits?

hmmm... sometimes i thin it's good but sometimes i think it's not. good because it makes my life easier but bad because i learned how to be so dependent to the computer and difficult to just work something out without it.

i think its benefits surpasses its risks on mankind.. admittedly a lot of things are made easier through the advent of the computer genre, ease of information on almost everything...
