Suspicious...

It's probably happened to everyone here at some point. One time I dropped more than 6 points in one day, so don't worry. Most of us are polite but we all go through it anyway. Even if your polite someone might just disagree with what your saying, or maybe you've said something in the past that they didn't like. Who knows, just keep posting a lot, there's no way that person will take their time to find all of them and give them a -.

Not yet seen any decline in my points only I observed is very hard and not yet get how mylot determine or weighted the points or ranking. Anyway as new here I tried my best, etiquette how to response politely and professionally.. I see to it that my responses are not violated mylot rules and regulations... see you around thanks

To be honest I have never checked my rating.I simply respond to Ops which for me are interesting or relevant.But some of the Ops have been really humorous making laugh a lot and good.I give a plus rating to all,as their very involvement is sufficient incentive.

My rating fell from 94 to 71, just imagine 23 points. Very often I find that we innocuously answer some discussions and then one fine day these discussions are suddenly deleted. You get a notification and then you learn that your answer is gone. You not only lose your earnings but you lose your rating too. Another thing you say is right there are nasty characters prowling about waiting to give you negative votes as often as they can. What can we do about it?

Don't worry dear, one thing you must always remember is always try not to response to a thread that are sure going to be deleted because the thread is against mylot guidelines. I do not think it is because someone dislike us or what but because it may caused by us not understanding the guidelines properly. I did that a lot too, but nowadays, I always stay away from the thread that are surely going to be deleted, and I have been fine since. You will learn and understand over times, so just keep going and keep earning Good luck and have a nice day!

This has happen to me. My star was at 8 and the next day I woke up and logged in on myLot, I was back down to 6. Just over a night I dropped down by two stars. I even started to wonder if I offended someone even though I have never gotten into an argument with anyone on here and have always been nice. I always try to post mostly more than one sentences and even participate on interesting discussions that I like. I don't know if it was the same person who went to every discussions that I participated in and gave me a negative or just many people didn't like my opinion. It would be nice if myLot would put a feature where it tells you who gave you a positive or a negative on your post. Like on this forum I'm on which is Playstation, they have this Kudos system and people gives you Kudos if they like your post and you can see the name of the screen name who gave you the Kudos.

It happens when someone is stalking us here in mylot or what they called trolls. I hope there are no more trolls now. When i am a newbie here in mylot,one mylotter is discussion about trolls who created account and follow a certain mylotters or mylotters just rating their responses negative and that's scary and sounds bad really. I wish it's not a troll that is doing these things. Keep on mylotting dear and just ignore it. Have a great weekend
