Water is an important component in our life. Drinking good amount of water is very good for health. It will regulate various metabolic activities. It can reduce blood pressure. Also it makes us active. If water is less we will feel sleepy. Also drinking water in large amount can prevent many disease. What do you think about this? I use to drink 6 to 8 glass of water daily. How much do you drink?. Do you ever take care in this things?

For me dude i don't count how may glass, i count how many liters I've had each day. Since i 'm a bodybuilder i really need to drink a lot of water just to rehydrate my body and keeps me from going. Usually i drink 1-2 liters when i'm in the gym not counting when i'm in home and in my business (office). I think i have a total of 4-5 liters of water a day.

Water is the best medicine ever. We can live without food, but we can't live without water. Before, they advised to drink 8 to 10 glasses of H20,but now they said we should drink at least 10-12 glasses of H20. Because they have learned its importance in our body.

I have always heard that drinking alot of water is good for you but I have not really done it. I am not sure why. I tend to drink alot of pop because of the caffeine it has in it and that it might help me to stay awake during the day. I am going to have to start drinking more water and see if it help me at all. I do have high blood pressure and am always tired.

Well friend you should start drinking a lot of water in this case. See the effect. Also remember caffeine is bad for our body. That is why we say even tea and coffee is not good. You should reduce those things. It is not good to remove tiredness using this. If you are tired take a little rest. Your are feeling tiredness because your brain or body is tired. If you avoid this, it will only increase your tiredness.

I don't really count the number of glasses I drink everyday but I do estimate the liters I drink. I make sure I get to drink 2 liters of water a day. I have read before that the water you need to take is based on your height. Water just makes me feel good every time I have enough of it.

Well, drinking water is a good thing. I heard it would increase your metabolic rate too. I used to drink more sodas before rather than water that led to being over weight and slow. So, I decided to cut on softdrinks and sodas and drink water or juices. Then I decide also to cut on juices to only once per day. So far, results have been good, I feel better, move faster and some people I don't look that old. I drink a lot of water, since I am doing massive hours trainings.

Buddy it is good you cut the soda. Soda is not good. Gut there is no problem with drinking juice. Please dont add sugar to it. that is all. I dont think drinking juice male you fat. In fact if you drink juice having good diet, and minimise other food stuffs you can reduce fat content of body.
