Eating every three hours and How to Lose those love handles and lower tummy

Well, I decided to diet because I just woke up and weight a lot of pounds.. So, I actually decided to first cut on softdrinks and sodas like NONE. Then I decide on juices to limit a drink per day. So, I stuck with just water. Then, realized I needed to do more, So, I decide to eat every hours breakfast being the bulk of the day with small meals every 3 hours. Working out is also part of my plan. But, is this healthy eating 3 hours a day? And how do you lose those lower tummy flabby fat quicker?

Actually, six small meals a day works great for me. It's better than eating larger meals only three times a day. This allows your stomach time to shrink without you getting too hungry. As long as they are all well balanced it will be great for you. ACtually, the perfect diet plan if there is one is a hypoglycemic one which designs the six meals around key nutrients.

That should help a lot. Don't forget though you need a few carbs but use like brown rice (in small amounts) and more natural carbs like that.

ACtually, I am trimming alot on the carbs. So I eat low carbs mostly now. And low fat. More on protein... So, high fiber food stuff are what I look for and more on veggies and fruits and meat as well specially fish and chicken... If possible either grilled or steamed...

I do think it is healthier to eat several small meals during the day rather than 3 huge ones every day, actually. I think many studies have shown this as well, and I actually know someone who lost weight this way. I have never done it myself though, but yeah, I think it could work!

well you should have a good balance of working out and dieting. eat carbohydrates before a workout and don't consume it at any other time of the day. personally, zumba helps a lot. it is a dance workout which is a lot of fun and works well.

I eat every 2 -3 hours. About 30 grams of protein with each meal at about6 meals a day. I like this way of eating because It controls my appetite. If I go too long without eating I tend to over do it when I finally do. It's supposed to be better for your metabolism to eat many small meals throughout the day or even to just constantly be snacking with no large meals. Mostly I just do whatever works. This seems to work for me very well. I also write down everything I eat. Not currently tracking calories but often pay more attention to carbs and protein. As well as just making healthy food choices. Diet and exercise will only give you back the amount of effort you put in. Wanna lose belly fat? Your on the right track cutting out soda but try to reduce all sugars and limit carbs. Lots of vegetables and protein. Good Luck.
