can't link my account in paypal.. need help!!

You have to use credit card when linking to your paypal account. Or if you have a Bank account you can also link that to your paypal.

may be you mst contact or send some email to admin in there

id on't if there is something wrong about your debit card or may be depending from your country!!In reality i heard people that had problems on paypal coming from indonesia...So first you can check your debit card if it is all ok..and if yes you cna also write to the support center asking if they accept virtual debit card or not to verify your account.

Hi Genevy, Do you have net banking facilities? If yes, you can transfer your money through your bank and even make a virtual credit card. But how much funds do you want to transfer from paypal, at one time? I'm from India and here unverified accounts have a maximum one time transfer limit of 500$. My paypal a/c is also 'unverified' as I do not want to upload my card details. Your paypal a/c does not have to be verified for transfer of funds. There are limitations on the amount but you can transfer smaller amounts on daily basis.

Wow that is kind of weird because I have 3 active Pay Pal accounts that I set up years ago without any problem. I really hate to say it but maybe its got something to do with the area you live in. I do know a year ago or 2, Pay Pal had suspended any withdraws or anything of that type for the country of India so maybe they have done the same for your country. It could be also something as easy as a software glitch as well. Have you tried to contact Pay Pal? They are usually very fast with responding and helping their customers out. When it comes to Pay Pal there is really no worries but if your problems are still happening tomorrow then I would contact them and ask what is going on. Good luck and happy payouts!

this thing aslo happend with me try writing them a mail and entering the account information with them adding ur bank account that way u can aslo b varified and they can do it through phone and e mail also

Well, maybe your debit card doesnt support Paypal transactions. You can also call your bank for verification. Sending a support email on Paypal might also help. I think not all debit cards can be used to verify Paypal Accounts. Union bank's Eon card could also be an alternative although there are a lot of charges that would apply since there is a fee from Cashout to your Paypal Account then from your Paypal Account to your Eon Card. And from your Eon Card into withdrawing your credits from Union Bank. Imagine that =)

no problem, i used to be same with you 2 times, but i succeeded at the third time, when you verify not succesc at first time, the best way, you log out and come back after some hours to verify again. It will work normally, if you have any trouble not same this, you can email to paypal support and ask them for this error. That's no problem, don't worried. Good luck to you.

Have you check your CREDIT CARD is OK? I think, the instruction is clear enough there. Philippine is OK to have paypal, while Bangladesh isn't. Just look at the back of your credit card, there are some numbers you must enters. Just go googling it. The last thing if you still can't make it, buy VCC (Virtual Credit Card). It is cheap and easy to use. It can verify your paypal. Look for the local seller in Philippine. Good luck!
