How good is DonkeyMails @ responding to errors?

I had finally gotten to the $1 earnings about 2 weeks ago to request payment. Well, I got my payment from myLot, a survey or two I do but no DonkeyMails. So then I snoop in between my paypal account and my account with DonkeyMails and realize they sent my payment to an account that is spelled wrong. And it is spelled wrong on their part not my account info as I thought could of been the case. I just sent them a message asking for them to correct their error. So are they good at responding? I hope so... I know it's only $1 but hey for as long as it takes us to make that $1... I'd like to be paid KWIM?

Honey I am not a Donkey mail member but wanted to add, I do not care if your cash-out was 10 cents you deserve it. From what I understand form other members Donkey admins are really great, so maybe because today is Friday and it may ake until Monday to get Feedback.
But you persist on getting yaour money as remember you made $1.00 while they made $2.00, so why should you surrender your money especially when this is their error. Wow hard to understand this error though as I have really been told that admin over there is really professional.

I hope so I have not seen a response yet. But that's the only thing I can figure out is they mistyped the ending to my e-mail and it's not like it's some way out odd ball name ya know?
That's the only reason I joined it is the amount of positive feedback the site received.

I'm a member of Donkeymails for a long ttime now and I've been paid many times - so, I can tell you that the owner is one of the best that this industry have and he always respond to his members request; so, if you mailed him with your problem , be sure he'll do the best to help you. About the withdrawal - Donkeymails pays it's members about two times/month and since I'm a member of this site they've never break their TOS, so be confident - you'll be paid for sure.

Thanks for your reassurance. I await their response, hopefully I'll hear from them soon. Every dollar counts and you know it takes some time w/o referrals or an upgrade to make pay pal pay out.

I've been paid from DonkeyMails three times and there has never been a hitch with them at all. That said, the one thing that I've noticed with them is that even when they do have the right paypal address for you, they are a little bit slow in paying. However, they have paid every time. I would assume that they would reverse the payment as soon as possible and then you will have to try again to get your dollar. I hope everything works out well with it.

I'm a member of Donkeymails as well. Don't worry, they are good at responding to emails. When I had questions they responded within a day. As far as them sending payment to an misspelled account, I never experienced that.
