if you found a 100.00 bill ..

I would keep it, because anyone could claim it if you turned it in to the people at the store, and it would likely find its way into the pocket of someone who worked there...

To be honest, the chances of the store keeping it is very high. Therefore, rather then let them safe-keep it, I would prefer to keep it for myself.

I would keep it. If it was in a wallet with I.D. or I know who it belongs to then I would return it.

ok i will be sincere and so probably if i found 100.000$ in a bag i will take it for myself i wouldn't search for the owner and other things...i told you i will be sincere...

To be honest, I would actually keep the money and wouldn't go looking for the owner or give it to the store. There is like a 10% chance to find the owner, which mostly likely you will never find. And why would you give it to the store? You give it to the store and that person will pocket it in for themselves. I have found money before from $0.01 to $0.50 cents in the streets, $5.00 right in the front lawn of my grandparents house, and even $100 in a pants that I just bought. All of them I kept and save it.

I would do the same thing I did with a $1 bill I found in a Hospital once. I picked it up, stood there for about a minute, not a single person walked by. Started toward the front desk lobby to turn it in, went around couple corners and a mother was slowly walking toward me with a slightly crying young boy by one arm looking for something on the ground.I asked what she was looking for, she said one dollar. Gave her the dollar and walked away. Way I see it, I make my own money and I don't need to find or steal someone else's things. I'll return something lost, $1, $100 or a Rolex.
