Most of the people asked me to do more exercise so that, I could lost my weight.
After jogging for few month, I found out my weight was increased.
I consulted and referred to the relevant articles, then only I realised that I were fit.
After doing the exercise, most of my fat had changed to muscles.
Although I couldn't recall the exact ratio, the muscles were few times heavier than the fat.
ha! ha! ha!
I had increased my weight after doing more exercise. It was really true to me.
Do you agrre to me?

Most of the time those who are fat when doing exercise or going to the gym, they build muscle faster compare to those who does have less fat on their body. Fat converts to muscles faster rather than building up muscle from a scratch (like tiny people). But as for your situation, jogging will only cut your weight but the only part that will build up muscles mostly is you legs, a few in your abs and in your shoulders. But if you were saying that your fat had changed to muscle, are you referring to your whole body? For example fats in your triceps won't turn to muscle by just jogging.
What you maybe experiencing is your fats is becoming more firm than the usual looks. That is because your muscles are already being moved and exercised.

Unless you wear weights on your arms and really, really, pump them.

I were trying to deliver a message to tell you that our weight will be increased a bit after starting doing the exercise. This is normal when our fat turns into muscle.
If you are intently to increase your weight, I am not in the position to advise you.
ha! ha! ha!
Check with the relevant consultant for this matter.
Have a nice day.

Not necessarily, I mean, you also need to do cardio exercise, as well as strength training to lose weight. Beyond that, though, the muscle you've gained MAY cause a slight weight gain, but muscle burns like 7 times more calories than fat, so in the long run, it's a good idea to gain that muscle mass to begin with, even though it kind of tricks you into thinking you've gained weight. Know what I mean? So, You can't really always trust the number on the scale, is all I'm saying. Keep up the jogging! Because I'm sure you'll start to lose weight after those muscles start burning calories instead of the fat.

things like this happen all the time, thats why people give up and gain fat back because the numbers on the scale went up. dont weight urself, instead, focus on how you feel. are your clothes fitting better? do you have more energy? track your inches lost.

That is possible, when you fat which is somthing partial solid turn into a solid muscles...Many people encounter this problem when first trying to reduce their weight with excercise, but yet their weight increased. And that make many give up. If they continue excercise, they will see the results very soon. So, keep it up.

i could agree with you because i know that fact that some of the fat will turn into muscles through exercises.but the most important is to keep fit and healthy.we can't really assume people just by their physical appearance.sometimes the thinner body could be unhealthy too~
