Is this website legit in earning money?

An online friend recommended me a couple of days ago about this website to earn money by posting comments to different topics. It is http://techdoctordeals.com. I check it out, and it is a discussion forum, and I read the help section, there is no mention of earning money or anything like that. So, I just want to know is it a money earning site?

I have searched the website and get the information that the site really paid us.It is called TDD by other people on mylot community.But how long does the forum last is a problem to all of us.Because the ratio of per posting is too high.

That site is legit. I got my first payment now as I have typing this response from your topic. Im so happy because at first I thought that wasn't legit but to my surprised now I open my paypal and yahoo! haha I've got my first $10 after 2days of posting in that site.
