I was so fortunate that I was among few people who discovered Ro2 (paid to chat site) when this site was new. Rate at that time was $0.05 and there was no leveling. At that time, it was really so easy to reach min. amount of $1 to cashout considering that there is 100% referral earning too. Now, after the site has become increasingly popular, they have lowered the rate to $0.02 for newbie, $0.04 for veteran and $0.05 for elite. And sometimes, it's not exactly what a chatter gets. Before, even if I don't chat much, I can reach $1 in a few hours because of my referrals (see my payment proof in my profile). Now, I have to chat a longer hours even if I have lots of referrals just to reach cashout. So bad it took me 3 days to reach my last cashout!
