Nothing is bad when taking a bath 3 times a day. But in reality, it will cost you much on your bills. But who will choose low water bills than a cleaner body and healthier skin. Well it won't kill you as well when you take a bath 3 times, but rather it will kill you when you don't take a bath everyday. Nothing's wrong with that dude!

hi there, no it's not bad to take a bath 3 times a day. Back in the day people said that taking a bath more than once a day is bad for the skin. however, according to my dermatologist, it's advised that baths are essential 2-3 times a day depending on your skin condition. For me, i have exzema, so hydration is really vital to my health even though i don't bathe 3 times a day becuase im too much of a busy mom. but dont worry about it. it's good for you, just as long as you moisturize witihin 1-2 minutes THE MOMENT your body get out of contact with water! :D

It's not bad at all, especially that when your body gets used to it, your body temperature adapts and may not cause you to body pain. Because when I take a bath at midnight, my body gets tired, cold and I may have muscle spasm because of the cold breeze and cold weather temperature, sometimes I have to use hot shower to relax my muscle spasm. Its really a good habit, but my advise for you is that take a rest first before taking a bath for about 5 to 15 minutes, because when you're doing something like washing clothes, using computer, or chores that makes your blood circulate fast, the tendency is that your like pouring a cold water on a glass with hot water and the glass breaks or leaked. The glass may represent your body, and the hot water is your worked out blood and the cold water is the water from your shower. Just be cautious with that too, make sure to rest first before taking a bath, it may alter the circulation of your blood and may affect your body parts like blurring of eye sight, tremors on the extremities, abdominal pain, etc.
