who knows how to work in canada

Well you can always try Canadian Immigration for any questions you might have about moving or working here in Canada. I'm a Canadian and have never left this country so I'm not sure what all it takes to get a visa or whatever its called but I do have a lot of friends throughout the world that are from here and got work visa's easily. I also have immigrant friends who came here and from what I understand its not hard getting the documents you need but it does take a lot of paper paperwork and a bit of money. Anyways I hope this helps you out and never know I might see you around the streets of Canada someday! :)

Actually, my relatives live at Ontorio, Canada. I haven't been there myself, though I believe we share a common interest of living there one day. First of all, sorry I can't help you in finding the agency you need. As far as I know, you'll still be needing 2-4 years experience of nursing before you may leave the country to find a job in Canada. Also, and most importantly, I wouldn't suggest that you'd go for the World Wide Web for this problem of yours. You'll never know when people might trick you or pretend that they may know a thing or two about these programs -- but in the end, they'll just trick you.
