How often do you laugh in a day?

Studies have shown that laughter is still the medicine. It just made me wonder if how often do we laugh in a day especially the fact that we are living in a fast paced world. Wherein, we are hitting the deadlines on time; doing lots of task in the work place; dealing with co-worker and bosses; taking care of your family. Personally, I think in a day, I am only able to laugh once. There are times, none in a day. What about you, how often do you laugh in a day?

yes. i do agree with you. day to day life is becoming more and more mechanical. and we are forgetting to laugh. hence we can say its the time to check .. how many times we are laughing a day... Even though we forget about those studies its very important in our life to laugh because it maintains agood rellations with our neighbours and others. Its the wonderful gift by god to humans to laugh. IF WE FORGET TO LAUGH I THINK THERE WONT BE ANY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WALLS AND US.
Regarding me iam a peaceful fellow and i used to laugh so many times kidding my friends...
iam happy about it...

Laughing is good for health, i have joined a laughing club in my city, where most members are 60+ in age, we assemble in a ground at 5am and laugh loudly..
other times i keep smiling lol..

i always laughing every gather with my friends. I have not worked, becuase i'm still in school. Try to always laughing, because laughing can make your face look younger, because the people say my face doesn't like a 20 year, but like 17 year old! hahaha
