If you have a good tasting family recipe would you share it to others? What are the main ingredients? It would be lovely to pass around the next generation. Or give others the chance to try out something new from a different culture.

My mother-in-law have this special receipe for spaghetti. Instead of the usual beef meat she used one mashed "salted egg" instead and it taste good. The other ingredients and the procedures remain the same. You may try it. Happy eating!

I love that idea since it will be less expensive using salted egg in place of meat. For those who are vegans they would love your suggestion. I have a similar recipe taught to me by a friend several years ago. Cook the macaroni noodles as usual. Cook the usual spaghetti sauce but the difference would be in laying them all in a Pyrex dish, meanwhile mix 1 can of evaporated milk with 1 whole butter and 1 pack of grated cheese.After these ingredients thicken pour them on top of the macaroni. Presto NO COOK SPAGHETTI. Use corned beef instead of ground pork or beef.
