The heavy rain pours for five hours on Friday evening and again rained on Saturday morning also. The weather forecast is also not good, so its going in the same way as we watched in kochi(1st odi).
The drinage facility in the stadium is also reported as a substandard one, so rain may wash out this match also.
If rain washes it out Aus will have to go back without winning a single odi in the series, this will be happening after a long time.
Australia's future talent Callum Ferguson will be replacing hussey, Aus board calls him as the future captain of aussie team.so we may miss the match where future aussie captain will be playing.

Its a bad news.
Only got a single ODI to watch.
Its very disappointing.
But it will make India winning the series,I think Inia will win the match if there is a chance of match.
If the rain happens,Aussies will go back to the home without winning asingle match in a tour to India after a long long time.

Yes, they have announced that rain will be heavy for next 48 hrs...I was waiting to see the first ODI with all the fans wearing Bleed blue t-shirt which was powered by nike..But unfortunately it doesn't happen..It would be great if all all wearing blur colour t-shirt and cheering for India...
Huh ! I hope .. tomorrow it won't rain...Lets see..
Anyway ALL THE BEST to INDIA...

Yes, that looks the most biggest possibility as of now. The match has been delayed due to wet outfield. The next inspection is at 11:00 and then the umpires will decide. I hope this is not another farce like in Kochi where in though the TV guys kept on talking about inspections the decision to abandon the match was taken at 5:00 A.M. in the morning and the players did not even leave their hotels!!
Cheers!

Hi,
Let's pray to GOD for the tomorrow's match.Yes,the weather forecast is not good for playing. It is going to be really tough between the two teams. The AUSSIES definitely need to strike back in their final match against the Indian team.Ferguson is a talented player.I have seen him performing against England. He is an excellent cricketer. But as a captain he needs to be tested under pressure situations. It will be very unfortunate for the AUSTRALIAN team if rain washes out tomorrow's game.Hoping for an exciting and a thrilling match.

Well, that's not a good news then. I was hoping to see a good match tommorow but as due to the western disturbances it's raining in many parts of the country, it may also rain in goa tommorow. But india will win by 1-0, but i wanted to see india win 2-0, i hope it does not rain tommorow and we watch a full 50 overs match.
Regards,
harry, :-)

Well, from what you have described, cancellation of the match seems very much on the cards. Still, let us pray that at least a truncated- may be 25 overs a side fare happens, so that the fans in Goa who have booked tickets, do not feel disappointed.

ok i really want to know how they even do such a thing.
it is pretty much known that nov and dec are rainy season in most parts of india and they make matches at these times?
why for goodness' sake can't they send the indians to some abraod tour and make them return in january or something.
its pretty much making the spectators and viewer very mad indeed.
i wonder who much of the kiwi tour will be washed out

It is indeed a bad news that match can not take place. Here in Goa every body was so excited to see the match after all Goa got this O.D.I. match after such along gap. The two bright sunny days on Wednesday and Thursday raised the hopes for the match but yesterday the sky was overcast since morning and in the evening it started raining heavily and continued till morning to day. Even now it is raining here so the match is as good as washed out.
Australia must have sensed this and sent Hussey back to prepare for the ashes. Australia will have to go back without winning a single match. That might have not happened before.

Yes if rain washes out tomorrow's ODI match between Australia & India, we will win series 1-0. I think it will be 1st time that throughout the entire series against India, Australia not winning even a single game. The way Indian team is playing it would have been 2-0, so now 1 less defeat for Australia. India will finally win a bilateral series against Australia, I think its around 15-16 yrs which is a very long time.
