how would you feel?

For me its a big disappointment because they waste a lot time just for us to wait for them. Time really matters and when time elapses there are things meant to be thought that time that has been wasted.

it is moral one of my leaders said before. Because you are wasting other people's time when you're late. i also pity this people because they don't have respect to other people they affect. i also consider it as irresponsibility, especially when it's the teacher who is late. I'd be disappointed because as a teacher, they should set example to their students.

At my school you was punished for being late, if I was a teacher I would hope that I could get the point of how important time keeping is and if not well I wouldn't really let it get to me. At the end of the day life's not worth allowing silly things to effects, I would rather focus on the harder obstacles that we face in life.

If I am that teacher I would ask myself what is it in my teaching that is wrong. It is my duty to convey the importance of my classes and motivate my students to make them attend my classes regularly. As a student, I used to be punctual to the classes which was worth attending and late where the classes were boring and lacked worthy information. As a teacher, I would try to make the class more fun, talk to the students about their problems or the reasons behind their coming late to the class and sort them out.

well, first of all, it's the student's loss- they are paying for school... If I were the teacher I would feel very angry indeed. It would be nice to have students who care about their education and not waste the money their parents are spending for them. good for you that you are quite early, keep up the good work..

Well I too have been a punctual student all my life except the time when I was at school had to wake up early in the morning so was always late.But that was just for a month or two after that I got used to it. Yes I know what are you trying to say and I have even seen teachers getting upset because students come late in my college and the teachers come in time even when they have to travel so much. I know a student in my class who stay just 5 Min walking distance far from my college. Yet he is always late. If it would be me I would really feel sad if I was in that case unless the student has a reason like I know if you stay very far from the college it does take time because we have to catch a bus and if it get stuck in traffic. I will feel very angry. I'll think they don't respect me. But if my students have their acceptable reasons, I'll forgive them.

HMm... We have a thing liek Journal in which you can mark students who arent in class... so there you have it, if hes atleast 10 min late , his out of class and checked in Journal as an unatempted lesson.. pretty easy ;)))
