I cannot say any specif organization or universities which are offering scholarships. But, many many organizations and universities do that, welcoming foreign students. You can always contact the universities of your special interest, depending on the subject you wish to study, and enquire about the available financial supports.

Some universities have exchange programs with other universities in other countries! Often with these programs you just pay your regular tuition for the semester/year through your university with whatever financial aid you are currently using, but you will get to take your classes in another country! I'd ask the university you currently attend (or if you're currently not enrolled, ask the schools you're looking to attend in the future) about what programs they have or what they'd recommend as far as studying abroad goes!

i am currently studying abroad through scholarship. some scholarships are biased for citizens of developing countries. if you are from a developed country, then the odds are not on your side. in my case, i am from a developing country. and prior to this, i had my masters abroad courtesy of another scholarship. there are many scholarships and fellowships available in the internet. both of my scholarships were from the internet. i emailed my inquiries and then, they responded well. of course, there were those that did not reply. it's OK. you may message me, and i will give u a link. goodluck.

Try encompass. They are famous in this case. My friends in university have tried them. They can study to US and Europe. Encompass has many requirements you need to fulfill. They even need your latest TOEFL test. Try that, bro, I hope you can go. Good luck!
