I'm Afraid Of an Old Age.

I don't know why but during the last year I've began to worry about getting older almost every second day. Every time I look in the mirror I turn my attention to the little wrinkle in my face, I've also noticed that a little part of my hair has become hoary. It makes me really nervous when I realize that the carefree years of youth have gone but I still haven't achieved anything important in my life.
"You are only 28," someone could say and: "What do you worry about? You are still young." Yes, I agree. But what could I do for it if I feel so sad about it.

Hello thommas,
I think all people concerened or afraid getting to old age but it is the reality of life that's why you need to accept it because we know all people will come there even they dont want it. Just enjoy your life even you are old we can make it my friend.
Have a nice day.

Worry only adds to the aging. Embrace the steps in life and enjoy the wisdom and knowledge you glean over the years.

Age is just a number dude. One should be young at heart and youthful in nature. Don't worry your wrinkles or grey hair; those are just little physical changes which no one can avoid. Don't stress you mind with these things, it will make you look more old. Instead live everyday as you last day and live life to its fullest.
