Hello to all readers.
I have a problem and a question, i'd love to hear you opinion.
So i have this bad habit of being all day long at the PC and if i get tired of it i waste my time doing nothing like walking inside the house. But i'd like to waste my time reading but i just cannot put myself to do so.
Question:
How could i start the habit of reading?
Should i force myself?
Should i start reading gradually?
How?
Thank you for your help.

I'd advise that whenever you find yourself wandering aimlessly around the internet, turn off the computer and pick up a book. Whenever I feel like that or if the computer or something online is making me frustrated, then I just turn it off and pick up a good book to read!
Choose books that you're interested in. Don't force yourself to read stuff that you think is dull. I do, but I'm an avid reader who hates to leave books unfinished. Start off with simple literature that you find fun.
