Do you agree with life is a choice?

When I was a child, I never knew if life really was a choice because I was always told what to do, where to go, how to do and all, but at least I learnt all these things so I was prepared to make my own choice when I grew up. Now I'm an adult and I'm fully responsible of my life, I love being able to choose and having no one around telling me what best ever worked for them because I always believe we are all different from each other, so what worked for them may not work for me. I agree with you, life is a choice and it is also a choice if we want to make our own choice or let someone else chooses thing for us Have a nice day!

As much as I want to believe that there are such things like destiny and a grand plan to make everything sound so romantic in my world, but my logic cannot agree with it especially in facing reality, who would be responsible and liable for their action, if it happens because it is destined to happen, no one. so no. Life is a choice, throughout our lives we make choices or people around choose for us at times then we face the good or bad consequences of our choices and thats how life keeps on going.

I believe that life if full of choice. Each day we make a decision that guides the path we take. If life did not have any choice, where would that leave us?

I don't exactly agree that life is a choice, instead, it is the consequences of our actions. In every situations in our life we are bound to make a decision, and ofcourse, we will be doing what we think is appropriate. Our decision will be based on what we want to happen, but sometimes we fail to choose the right decision. And it will turned out that our choice is not what we've got... and it's not the life that we wanted. That's why on my opinion, it's the consequences of our actions.

I do believe to an extent that life is a choice and that we have many choices to make and that in it the ramifications of our actions and choices make us who we are today. But as young children I believe it is the responsibility of the parent to make some of the choices for us as young children are unable to grasp the concept of the gravity of some of the choices that they may make should it be left up to immature minds. Take for example the choice of school that we would go to, what if the child decides not to go to school at all because none of the schools that he or she found were not to his liking... the young child has no grasp of the concept that if he or she does not receive a formal education that there would be no chance of employment further on down the road. Now on the other hand I do believe that children should be given plenty of chances to make choices and to learn from the consequences of those choices so long as the choices are not ones that could affect health or safety of the individual.

Yes, I agree that a large part of what happens in our life is dictated by our decisions, but there are some things we can't decide. Who our families are, where we are born, sometimes where we live. Make the best of your decisions, because that's your life.

Life gets influenced by the people around you. When I was young I did not have much of a choice. School is chosen for you. The country you live in is chosen for you. The friends you have are chosen for you. But, as an adult you have more choices, though a lot is influenced by the people around you. I do believe we can choose how we feel in life. We do have the choice to feel good, feel bad, feel self pity, feel hate, feel love, feel happiness. These are the choices we do have. "Change what you can, except what you can't change."

I do not think that life is a choice all the times. Ofcourse, it does you provide many chances to live as per your choice. I think that you have to make many adjustments in life if you want to live happily. So life is a mixture of choices and adjustments. Many times we wish to do something but knowing our limitations, we do adjust our goals and then we feel happy that we have achieved what we deserved to. I think that there are very few in this world who are blessed with the opportunities to live a life of ones own choice and not by making adjustments.

Yes life is merely about choice. But sometimes our choice should be adjust to our destiny. For a rich person, it is easy to choose something, or somewhere to go. But for the poor, they should be careful select everything. If they want to choose, of course they would choose the best for their family.

Hi! I totally agree with you. Our life, our choice. If we choose to live happily then we will be. If we choose a miserable life then, it's our choice. Some people just blame others and even the world because of their misery, and I always say, 'It's your life, your choice'.

Everyone has the opportunity of choice, many don't even realise they have a choice. But is important is that we must be aware that not everyone has the 'good' options to choose from. It is a priviledge to be able to have choice - and hopefully good ones... :)

yes, i think life is a choice. no matter whatever you do for your target in the future. that's just depend on the choice you choose for your future. so if you have your own choice , you should try your best to find what you need in you life. then you will be successful ,so this is what we need to do .

I agree that life is a choice. Life is what we make it. For example we want to be rich, so we must do everything within our power to make that dream a reality, we cannot just depend on fate alone, we should do our very best even after we encountered number of problems.

Ideally life is a choice. But we have parents who dictate our life. We can't do anything about it. They guide us because they know already what will happen if we do things the right or wrong way. But kids should know firsthand the consequences of their actions. But sometimes parents cant let kids run around by themselves because they love them too much.
