How do you keep healthy?

Everyone wants to have a healthy body.As is known to all, taking physical exercises can help to keep heathy.However,I take physical exercises frequently,I get cold frequently too.While,though one of my roommate almost never take physical exercises,he almost never gets a cold.I can't believe it.

I eat well and I exercise to keep well. I do get the occasional cold but only when other people get them.
Some people do have stronger immune systems than others and some people are more prone to illness.
Things like stress, hormones etc can weaken your immunity. Taking Vitamin C and Zinc are thought to boost your immunity and supplements like echinacea and garlic can help prevent and treat colds.
And exercising too hard is a form of stress which could weaken your immunity.

For me i keep healthy life style which take a balance meal in daily and consistently do exercise 3 times in a week. Besides, I would make sure that i have enough sleeping with 8 hours in daily meant that go bed before 10pm and wake up at 6am. Moreover, i will make sure that my living place is always clean. hehe

Some are born with good immune system and some are sickly. Try boosting you immune system by taking vitamins and eat vegetables and fruits more. Better yet try vaccination like flu vaccine and pneumonia vaccines. Your room mate may have complete sets of vaccinations from birth.
