Star near your username?

Hi, kevingee! After your 100th post you'll get it automatically. It represents your reputation in myLot. Your reputation is determined by how other myLotters rate you. Maybe you have noticed the small button of '+' '-' and '!', '+' and '-' are for rating the user positive and negative, respectively. Posting high-quality posts will give you a high reputation and you'll got a blue star with 10 in. Cheers!

You will need a user rating of 100 before you can see your star. MyLot reputation rating takes into account various factors including the Discussion Ratings System (DRS) and is based on a scale of 0 to 10 stars with 10 stars being the highest.

Don't get jealous. You'll get there soon. Currently, you have 14 more posts (which is subject to be lower as you post more) before your user rating goes to 100, which is the magic number to get the star next to your name. I understand. Usually, users with their post rating less than 100 will tend to be jealous. I've been in the exact position too. But, if you continue to post high quality responses, then, when you get your star rating, your rating will be higher. Have a nice day

You're very close to getting a star near your username actually! It represents your reputation and how you are viewed on the MyLot community. A star of 10 is the highest that it can go. To raise your reputation level, post quality responses and start quality discussions that people are interested in. Always give your best when you are responding to someone as if you know that person personally and are trying to get the best for them. Also, rating other responses with a '+' or '-' sign will help your reputation because it shows that you are active in evaluating people's opinions. However, don't just rate a response a negative because you don't like what the person says because this can be harmful to your reputation. Rather rate them according to relevance to the subject at hand, no matter the opinion. And make sure you stay active in any discussion you start or reply to, making sure to comment on relevant posts and stuff as this will make you seem like a reliable MyLotter. after 100 post you will be applicable for the rating...depending upon quality of your posts you will be getting star near your user name... i have to wait for long time to get a star

ehehe the star is your mylot reputation so if you pass the mouse over it you will see your rating here on mylot!! Normally your rating increase during your activity here and so if you wrote good posts surely the colour of your star would change and more improved..

Star near your user name will comes when the number your user name raise up to 100 which is now 70. So a star is waiting for you after 30 post that is yours. Keep posting.
